SUB PLONGEE Ltd is an establishment organize and teach subaquatics and sportive activities, and all kind of self-sufficient air diving hobbies. It is subjected by le law of 84-610 of july the 16th of 1984, and amended by the decree of the 22nd of june of 1998.

By the way:

• EXPLORATION

  • The baptist dive is limited to 6 meters.
  • A level 1 diver couldn't go over 20 meters.
  • A level 2 diver couldn't go over 40 meters.
  • For the other levels, the maximum depth is 60 meters.

  The divers who want to dive in autonomy (level 2 CMAS minimum) have to be equiped with a second air source.

  The dive director and the captain are the only one persons able to decide where to dive. This  dive site can be changed because of the weather, the divers level or any events out of SUB PLONGGE ltd.

• THE DIVE

  The dive must be paid prior to boarding.

  Due to security reasons and french regulations, people who are not divers or snorklers can't be accepted on board.

  Only the tanks up to date of overhaul (VIT or re-tested) will be accept on board.

   

  Scope of the group tarifications,
  the billing will be done on the reservation base.

• SCHOOL

  The technical training balance have to be paid on the arrival day. The material is not insure against rob, loss and damages. The trainee is responsable of the borrowing material.

  Every training course started and break off, for a reason independent of SUB PLONGEE ltd won't be reimbursed.
